The Next Distribution will be
on the 3rd Friday, February 17th, 8-10 am
Client Bus service to the food bank has been resumed.
Food distribution is held on third Friday of each month with the exception of months that have five Fridays,
then it will be on the fourth Friday (see schedule below)
Food for the monthly distribution is given out at Community Hall on the corner of Lacey Rd and Route
9.
Emergency food is distributed from the actual food bank site on the corner of Parker St. & Station
Drive , (one block in from Route 9) . "Store" hours are Mon. through Fri. from 10-12 .
Emergency calls are taken by phone. Call the food bank at 609-242-2848 and leave a message.
Transportation to Community Hall for the monthly distribution is provided by the recreation department.
To arrange a ride call them at 693-1100 (town hall) then extension 2203 (recreation department) If you are infirm &
housebound ask them for home delivery.
To register as a client of the Lacey Food Bank
All potential clients must register in order to participate in the food bank program.
Go to the Township of Lacey’s administration office at 818 W. Lacey Rd with the the
following information:
Proof of address: - a recent bill or dated mail addressed to you and a current driver’s license.
Income verification: as per enclosed eligibility requirements (copies of your IRS 1040, or the
last four consecutive pay checks, unemployment or TANF statements, Medicaid, PAAD, WIC or Food Stamp card.
You must also bring a copy of your children’s report card ( if in school) or a copy of their
birth certificates if under the age of five.
For those who cannot register during the regular business hours, call the food bank office at 609-242-2848
to make an appointment for someone to meet you and process your application.

The stated mission of the Lacey Food Bank Program is that no one in Lacey shall go
to bed hungry. We call on the community to reach out, find the needy and help them enroll in the program. Look around you
at your neighbors - an elderly housebound person perhaps? Or a needy youngster in your class? Transportation or home delivery
can be arranged. Help us to help them.
Emergency food situations are met at all times.
Eligibilty Requirements
TO REGISTER, APPLY AT THE ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE, 818 W. LACEY ROAD, AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING. CLIENTS MUST BE RESIDENTS
OF LACEY TOWNSHIP AND PROVIDE PROOF OF RESIDENCY & INCOME.
THOSE RECEIVING FOOD STAMPS, WIC AND PAAD ARE AUTOMATICALLY ELIGIBLE WITH OTHER LOW INCOME FAMILIES ELIGIBLE ON AN INDIVIDUAL
BASIS DEPENDING ON INCOME, SIZE OF FAMILY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, NEED.
