TO REGISTER AS A CLIENT OF THE LACEY FOOD
All potential clients must register in
order to participate in the food bank program.
Call the food bank office at 609-242-2848
Mon - Fri from 10-12noon to make an appointment for someone to meet with you and process your application.
Bring with you:
Proof of address: - a recent
bill or dated mail addressed to you and a current driver’s license.
Income verification: as per current
2014 income guidelines (download below) Submit copies of your IRS 1040, or the last four consecutive pay
checks, unemployment or TANF statements, Medicaid, PAAD, WIC or Food Stamp card).
You must also bring a copy of your children’s
report card ( if in school) or a copy of their birth certificates if under the age of five.
